About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to support daily operational and data tasks within our insurance environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy spreadsheet work, light data analysis, and process support. You will work with structured Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and receive comprehensive training to help ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency across our reporting and workflows.
In this position, you will serve as a vital link between raw data and actionable business insights. Your day-to-day involves reformatting large, zip code-heavy datasets to run through internal scripts, performing routine data entry with a high level of accuracy, and pulling data from external websites for KPI tracking. You will also assist in translating raw data into clean, usable formats for stakeholders and help maintain the documentation that keeps our operations running smoothly.
