We are hiring Retail Marketing Associates to work inside national home improvement retail stores. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador and lead generator, engaging with retail shoppers to introduce them to ARS heating and air conditioning services. You will explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements, functioning as a product consultant to support lead-generation efforts.
This position focuses on scheduling in-home consultations or tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors. It is important to note that this role is conducted entirely within retail environments; it does not involve door-to-door canvassing. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy speaking with people and want to earn hourly pay plus commission while introducing homeowners to professional HVAC services.
Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law. Selected candidates will attend weekly in-office meetings and participate in paid training to prepare for their role as a Promotions Specialist.
