The Leasing Consultant is the face of our community, responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. This role exists to achieve maximum occupancy while ensuring resident retention and client satisfaction through direct, empathetic interaction with prospective and current residents.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our community, guiding prospects from their initial inquiry through the leasing process. Your day involves generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, and converting phone calls into scheduled property tours. You will ensure model apartments are always in touring condition and manage the administrative details of lease documentation and move-in paperwork. Beyond the transactional aspects, you will foster a quality living experience by responding promptly to resident requests, assisting with work orders, and supporting ongoing resident relations. You will also collaborate with the maintenance team to inspect units and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the building and grounds.
