About the Leasing Consultant Role

At Acadia on the Lake, you will unlock your potential by coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. This role exists to ensure maximum occupancy and resident retention by interacting directly with prospective and current residents. You will be the face of the property, responsible for generating traffic, qualifying prospects, and creating a quality living experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Your day will involve more than just paperwork; you will be the first point of contact for new residents, orienting them to the property and ensuring model apartments are in perfect touring condition. You will coordinate with the maintenance team to inspect units prior to move-ins, manage work order requests, and support ongoing resident relations. Whether you are converting phone traffic into scheduled tours, maintaining accurate records, or assisting with resident activities to boost retention, you will play a vital role in the community's success.
