About the Role

As a General Manager of Industrial Property Management, you will lead a team of property management professionals to manage a portfolio of industrial properties in accordance with JLL standards and procedures. This role exists to achieve financial results, operating objectives, and client and tenant satisfaction. You will work directly with clients to understand their investment objectives and develop property-specific strategic plans, overseeing the implementation of approved initiatives and programs. Your day-to-day involves fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, providing mentorship to your team, and assisting the regional VP in operational management.
