About the Role
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the dynamic face of our community, shaping memorable experiences for our residents and prospective tenants. You serve as the first point of contact, guiding prospects through engaging in-person and virtual tours that highlight the unique features and benefits of our properties. Your role is pivotal in driving leasing goals by maintaining a high lease-to-tour conversion ratio and implementing creative marketing strategies.
Beyond leasing, you will ensure a seamless move-in experience, confirming that apartments are in pristine condition and preparing all necessary documentation. You will act as a problem-solver for resident concerns, striving for solutions that enhance satisfaction. Your day will also involve staying informed on market trends to develop innovative marketing approaches, utilizing online platforms and social media to effectively market available units. Additionally, you will foster resident engagement by organizing and participating in community events and conducting daily inspections to ensure community spaces meet our high standards for cleanliness and appeal.

Requirements
