About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our projects from start to finish. You will guide initiatives through the entire lifecycle, beginning with initial acquisition analysis and financing structure determination, moving through construction, and concluding with asset management. This role exists to ensure our development operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our mission to provide affordable housing.
In this position, you will manage multiple projects concurrently at varying stages of development, ensuring deadlines are met or exceeded. You will serve as a central hub, collaborating with team members across accounting, property management, development, and leadership. Your day will involve performing market research and valuation analyses, conducting extensive due diligence, and preparing detailed written evaluations for senior management. You will also draft letters of intent, negotiate contracts with sellers and financing banks, and manage the planning, design, and entitlements phases. Beyond the transactional aspects, you will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, capital partners, landowners, and regulatory authorities, while continuously improving our development systems and procedures.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- verifiedMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- verifiedMinimum of 3 years experience in the affordable housing domain
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting applications
- verifiedExperience with Monday.com Work OS and RealPage software preferred
- verifiedAbility to read and decipher leases, contracts, financials, inspection reports, and title documents
