About the Role
Due to our rapid growth and expansion, Brady Sullivan Properties is recruiting for a full-time, experienced Residential Property Manager for a property in Dover, NH. This role is central to the operational and financial success of the property, ensuring we meet company goals while delivering exceptional service to our residents.
The Property Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, managing all day-to-day aspects of the property including marketing, leasing, and maintenance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing leasing plans to attract new residents and retain current ones, while also handling collections, capital improvements, reporting, and compliance in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
