About the Maintenance Supervisor Role
We are looking for a talented Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance operations and physical upkeep of the assigned property. This role exists to ensure the property remains compliant with Avenue5 policies, standards, and all local, state, and federal regulations, while also managing the company risk management program and adhering to property budgets.
In this position, you will act as a mentor to the maintenance team, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship with residents and other properties. Your day will involve overseeing service requests, identifying chronic maintenance issues, and ensuring work order systems remain accurate. You will conduct daily inspections of grounds and common areas to maintain safety and cleanliness, while also managing property emergencies such as inclement weather, fires, and floods. Additionally, you will collaborate weekly with property leadership to address operational challenges and ensure the team maintains the highest standards of customer satisfaction and curb appeal.
