About the Role
As a Floating Maintenance Supervisor for Rock Ridge Estates, you will serve as the mobile backbone of our maintenance operations across the Gulf Coast. This unique position is designed to ensure consistent, high-quality living experiences for residents in Pensacola, Tallahassee, Biloxi, New Orleans, and Baton Rouge. You will be accountable for delivering on our core commitments: quality move-ins, resident satisfaction, and timely, personal attention to service requests.
In this role, you will not be tied to a single property. Instead, you will travel 75% to 100% of the time, moving between markets to handle everything from preparing market-ready apartments and performing complex repairs to maintaining grounds, pools, and common areas. You will be instrumental in helping Cushman & Wakefield deliver superior customer service, representing the company professionally while managing life safety issues, preventative maintenance schedules, and emergency procedures as they arise.
