About the Role
The Maintenance Manager is the guardian of the hotel's physical integrity, responsible for overseeing and actively participating in daily maintenance operations. This role exists to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for both guests and employees. You will not only troubleshoot and lead repairs but also drive the team to uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
In this position, you will manage preventative maintenance programs, address facility issues promptly, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Your leadership and technical expertise will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience, ensuring every aspect of their stay meets expectations. You may also provide guest transportation as needed, bridging the gap between operational needs and guest service.
