About the Role
Join our team on regional OTR runs designed for drivers who value consistency and home time. As a Regional OTR CDL-A driver, you will haul steady refrigerated freight, including items like meat, cheese, and coffee. You will be assigned your own truck, ensuring you drive modern equipment with an average age of 3 years or newer. Our fleet includes Volvo, Freightliner, Kenworth, and International models, many of which are APU enabled and equipped with standard inverters and refrigerators.
We prioritize your comfort and safety with outside-facing cameras only (no inside-facing cameras) and a supportive culture that welcomes pets on day one and riders after six months. This role offers a balanced schedule with home time every other week (out 11 days, home 3 days), allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while earning outstanding pay and generous bonuses.
