As we scale across the nation, we are building a team that operates without the big-firm hierarchy or the long wait times typical of traditional real estate roles.

We are looking for individuals who want to learn the craft of real estate from the inside, gaining the reps that usually take a decade to earn at a large firm. Here, you won't be stuck in a corner pulling broker books for two years; instead, you will start by owning the broker-submitted survey pipeline alongside senior leadership, working on the actual deals they are making this year.

About the Role

As a Real Estate Associate, your journey is designed to be a clear, deliberate path to becoming the person who recommends—and eventually decides—where BodySpec opens next. You will start by organizing, analyzing, and shortlisting listings across our active expansion markets, building a defensible view on each candidate site based on trade areas, demographics, and lease economics.

Your day will be a mix of deep analytical work and field execution. You might review surveys in the morning, fly out to walk a site in the afternoon, and follow up with a broker that night. You will prepare deal packages for senior leadership, shadow site tours initially, and then lead them as you ramp. Over time, you will grow into owning the site recommendation itself, moving from analysis to recommendation to the final call on multi-million-dollar leases.

We value operational rigor and brand ambassador instincts. You will be the person whose tracker everyone trusts, ensuring nothing stalls, and you will represent BodySpec to brokers and landlords with credibility and professionalism. This role is for those who see "analyst" as an on-ramp rather than a destination, and who are hungry to own outcomes that matter.
