The Assistant Event Manager serves as a vital partner to the Event Manager, assisting with the sales and operational activities required to service events with multiple sales locations. From concept to delivery, you will support the planning, preparation, execution, and reverse logistics of each event. This role is designed for a highly organized, self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, working independently to ensure we meet and exceed partner expectations throughout the contractual agreement.
In this position, you will be the face of Legends on the ground, managing everything from event logistics and staffing to inventory control and financial reconciliation. You will lead the inventory check-in process, oversee the setup and teardown of merchandise locations (including trailers, kiosks, and stadium stores), and ensure proper visual displays. Your day-to-day involves coordinating with the Merchandise and Partnerships teams, managing cash and credit card receipts, and enforcing company policies with all event staff. Whether you are analyzing sales figures to identify opportunities for improvement or adapting to changing situations on-site, you will play a key role in maximizing sales and maintaining the high standards Legends is known for.
