Key Responsibilities

  • check_circlePrepare and format sales quotes, proposals, and contracts
  • check_circleMaintain and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy
  • check_circleTrack sales activities, pipeline status, and reporting for management
  • check_circleProcess sales orders and ensure proper documentation and approvals
  • check_circleRespond to customer and internal inquiries in a timely manner
  • check_circleCollaborate with sales, operations, and finance on deal execution
  • check_circleGenerate routine and ad hoc sales performance reports
  • check_circleSupport onboarding of new clients and sales team members
  • check_circleContinuously improve administrative processes and documentation
  • check_circleCoordinate and schedule client meetings, demos, and follow-ups

Requirements

  • verifiedAssociate degree in business or related field preferred
  • verifiedMicrosoft Office Specialist (MOS) – Excel/Word preferred
