Sky Resorts is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to join our Sales & Business Development team within our real estate division. In this role, you will guide prospective buyers through the new home sales process across our resort and vacation communities, from initial inquiry to closing. You will conduct property tours, present features and benefits, build relationships, and meet sales targets while maintaining detailed records.
The ideal candidate is guest-focused, professional, and motivated, with strong communication and negotiation skills and an interest in hospitality and resort real estate. You will deliver resort-level service while presenting floor plans, features, pricing, and available incentives. Your journey will involve managing the full sales cycle, collaborating with marketing, construction, and operations to ensure timely home delivery, and hosting open houses and community events to drive traffic.
