About the Role
This hybrid role combines field work and office duties to drive our mission of connecting homeowners with essential roofing solutions. You will not wait for leads; you will create them by knocking on doors and offering free roof inspections. Your day will involve representing clients at insurance adjuster meetings, educating homeowners on services and the claims process, and owning the full sales cycle from initial inspection to closing the deal.
You will thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment where you handle rejection without losing momentum. This position is designed for those who are comfortable working outdoors and engaging homeowners face-to-face, taking coaching seriously to apply it quickly. Whether you are documenting activities through our mobile tools or driving your own income through uncapped commissions, you will be developing the skills of a high-level producer.
