About the Role

We are seeking two independent, highly driven sales representatives to build relationships with medical clinics and nursing homes across the U.S. This is a dedicated field sales role designed for those who thrive outside of a traditional office environment.

You will be the face of our company, visiting clinics in person to introduce our advanced wound care patch solutions. The core of this position involves identifying providers treating wound care patients, educating them on both clinical and business benefits, and converting that interest into signed agreements. This is not a desk job; it is a face-to-face selling role where your success depends on your ability to walk into clinics, start conversations, and build trust quickly with decision-makers such as owners, administrators, and physicians.

Success in this role means consistently booking and attending in-person meetings, maintaining a simple pipeline of active opportunities, and creating ongoing relationships with clinics. We are looking for closers who know how to generate their own opportunities and are comfortable with a commission-only structure where there is no cap on earnings.
