The Director of Business Development serves as the primary growth engine for an assigned territory, focusing on cultivating deep relationships across law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurance accounts. This role bridges the gap between complex litigation support solutions and the professionals who need them, ensuring clients maximize their operational efficiency.
In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor to paralegals, legal secretaries, administrators, attorneys, and partners. The day-to-day involves driving revenue by selling litigation support services, training clients on new tools, and implementing strategic marketing plans. Success requires a dynamic presence in the field, managing a portfolio of existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new client acquisition and referrals.
We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to hit the ground running. While a Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred, the ideal candidate brings proven sales acumen and a genuine passion for the legal vertical.
