The Peterson Agency, part of Symmetry Financial Group, is dedicated to the growth and success of new agents. This role offers the opportunity to build a business with true ownership, a freedom lifestyle, and a financial legacy in a recession-resistant industry.
This is a 1099/commission-based position open to both licensed and unlicensed job seekers. Unlicensed applicants will receive discounts and guidance to assist in the life and health licensing process. Applicants must be US citizens.
The role focuses on helping families get financially protected through life insurance, as well as offering health and wealth products. We utilize a value-based, warm lead system, meaning we sell only to individuals who have already reached out for assistance. Cold calling is not necessary.
As a "non-captive" agency, we are contracted with 30+ top-rated insurance carriers, including Mutual of Omaha, Americo, and Gerber Life. This allows us to find the best prices and coverages for our clients. We primarily write simplified-issued or instant-decision products that require no paramedical exam, with applications taking an average of 15 minutes and commission payments available as quickly as 24 hours.
Agents have the optional opportunity to build and own their own agency with no cost. This path allows for the creation of passive income by helping others plug into our systems and become successful agents, with true ownership that can even be passed down.
The day in the life of an agent involves purchasing exclusive warm leads or sourcing clients through a warm market, contacting leads to gather information, finding products from our carrier network that fit client needs, and helping clients apply for policies. Optional activities include recruiting and mentoring other agents. Comprehensive training and guidance are provided at every step.
We offer a flexible schedule (part-time or full-time) and the ability to work from anywhere. The compensation structure is uncapped, with potential earnings ranging from $50,000+ for part-time roles to $125,000+ for full-time roles, and $150,000+ for Agency Builders.
