This role is designed to establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and current owners while articulating the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co. You will operate within a high-energy environment, demonstrating a positive attitude and a tenacious approach to sales.
Your day will involve conducting face-to-face presentations in state-of-the-art sales centers located at our award-winning resorts. You will communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, generate sales by initializing transactions, and utilize proper closing techniques. The role requires overcoming objections and performing effectively within a short, luxury sales cycle. Leads are prequalified and provided by the company, allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional presentations in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo an initial paid training period covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale. Following training, associates are expected to attend ongoing advanced sales and career training, department meetings, and set performance goals on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
