Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDrive multi-channel prospecting strategies to onboard high-quality properties
- check_circleIdentify and manage a pipeline of potential clients across Austin
- check_circleQualify leads and present services through cold calling, emails, and networking
- check_circleBuild rapport with realtors, brokers, developers, and property owners
- check_circleSchedule and deliver presentations to real estate brokerages and industry groups
- check_circleTrack performance and report KPIs weekly to senior management
- check_circleCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth property onboarding
Requirements
- verifiedStrong familiarity with the Austin short-term rental market
- verifiedPrior experience in sales, business development, or real estate
- verifiedStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market, historical, and property data
- verifiedUnderstanding of vacation rental management fundamentals
- verifiedExcellent communication skills, both interpersonal and public-facing

Active Texas Real Estate License. Existing relationships within real estate or STR communities.
