About the Role

The Sales Manager in Training position is built for those who are confident, persuasive, and naturally competitive. You will own the customer experience from first contact to close, selling manufactured, modular, and tiny homes. No real estate license is required.

Your day involves marketing yourself, your homes, and your location digitally, while helping families qualify and secure the right home and financing. You will build momentum, referrals, and a personal sales reputation. If you are coachable, competitive, and decisive, we will train you to become a top producer and a leader, with a fast-track promotion path into Sales Manager and General Manager roles.
