About the Role
As the IC Recruiter for City Wide, you will play a pivotal role in building opportunities for our assigned locations. Your primary focus will be setting high-quality appointments for our franchise owner sales teams and recruiting independent contractors to support our janitorial and other service operations.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between our franchise network and the talent pool needed to serve them. You will be responsible for prospecting via phone calls and email campaigns to identify independent contractors who meet specific project scope requirements. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on the success of our franchise owners while enjoying a competitive base salary and commission structure.
Location and Schedule
This position is based onsite at our office in Charlotte, NC. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleFind and research local businesses that would benefit from City Wide's services
- check_circleHire sufficient independent contractors to service janitorial and non-janitorial accounts
- check_circleManage all independent contractor recruiting activities including online postings and social media
- check_circleConduct initial vetting and screening of prospective independent contractors in a virtual setting
- check_circleEnter and maintain independent contractor records in the CRM system
- check_circleSet up the operations team with potential independent contractors to ensure they meet scope requirements
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma
- verifiedPrior recruiting or similar experience
- verifiedBilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedWorking knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- verifiedWorking knowledge of Customer Relation Management (CRM)
- verifiedProficient with using social media to promote/recruit
Nice to Have
Bilingual in Spanish and English. Prior recruiting or similar experience.
