Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and maintain relationships with ASCs, IDNs, and hospital systems to secure contracts
- check_circleDesign and create specialty agreement terms for national accounts
- check_circleAnalyze historical pricing data and benchmarking to ensure compliant and accurate pricing
- check_circleCompile and present capital set sales proposals to close opportunities
- check_circleOrganize and lead industry marketing conferences for value analysis and supply chain organizations
- check_circleManage rebate agreements and oversee market share surveillance with hospital systems and GPOs
- check_circleHandle complex pricing negotiations and resolve billing or conflict issues
- check_circleMaintain account records in CRM systems and enforce data integrity guidelines
- check_circleMentor and assist Key Account Managers on national account processes
- check_circleDraft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree
- verified1+ year National Accounts Manager experience at Paragon 28 or equivalent Medical Sales/Device experience
- verifiedValid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
- verifiedProficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- verifiedKnowledge of reimbursements and CPT codes preferred
- verifiedProficiency with ERP systems a plus
Nice to Have
Proficiency with ERP systems in an order processing function. Experience drafting RFQ/RFP/RFI proposals with detailed product and procedure knowledge. Knowledge of reimbursements and CPT codes. Experience managing capital set sale proposals.
