
This 12-month, non-tenure track role serves as the Extension Instructor and Director for the award-winning Crosby Arboretum, administratively housed within Mississippi State University's Coastal Research and Extension Center. The position involves overseeing daily operations, managing a team of seven staff members, and supervising facility improvements across 104 acres of native plant exhibits. Key responsibilities include developing educational programs for youth and adults, leading grant writing and fundraising efforts, and producing various print and digital extension publications to promote native plant restoration.
