We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to cover Northern Illinois. In this full-time role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Stine, representing an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially. You will act as the primary link between Stine and our retail dealer network, fostering strong relationships to drive sales and brand awareness.
Your day-to-day involves visiting key retail locations (at least twenty on-site visits per week), providing dealers with updated product data and agronomic insights, and recruiting new prospects. You will work closely with our seasoned leadership team and professional agronomy staff to develop territory plans, set annual goals, and implement sales training. This role requires a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision to meet established goals while building lasting partnerships based on understanding retailer needs and values.
