We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to serve as a full-time brand ambassador for our Northern Illinois territory. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, representing Stine's commitment to excellence while growing their own career.
In this position, you will act as the primary link between Stine and our retail dealers. Your day-to-day involves visiting key retail locations, performing at least twenty on-site visits weekly, and building strong relationships with retailers by understanding their unique needs and values. You will partner with our seasoned leadership team and professional agronomy staff to develop territory strategies, recruit new dealers, and implement sales training programs. Success in this role requires initiative, the ability to work with minimum supervision, and a passion for the seed business.
To support your success, we provide a comprehensive suite of resources and tools. You will have access to a curated list of retail dealers with contact information, online resources for managing prospect data, and a professional budget for promotional activities. Our team includes seasoned leadership to assist with territory development and agronomy experts to support your product and technical training.
