About the Role
The Retail Account Manager serves as a full-time brand ambassador for Stine Seed Company, covering Central Illinois. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow both personally and financially. You will act as the primary link between Stine and our network of retail dealers, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to succeed.
In this position, you will represent Stine at retail locations, promoting our brand to increase sales and awareness. Your day-to-day involves visiting key retail locations, collecting yield data, and collaborating with our seasoned leadership team to develop territory strategies. You will work closely with our professional agronomy staff to enhance your technical knowledge of Stine seed and treatment products, ensuring you can effectively train dealers and answer their questions. This role offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with retailers by understanding their needs and values while achieving desired results.
