We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to cover Central Illinois. In this full-time role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Stine, representing our commitment to quality and innovation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially within a supportive environment.
You will act as the primary link between Stine and our retail dealer network. Your day-to-day involves visiting key retail locations, developing prospect lists, and building strong relationships with retailers by understanding their unique needs and values. You will work closely with our seasoned leadership team and professional agronomy staff to drive territory development, implement sales training, and ensure dealers are equipped with the latest product data and agronomic insights.
To succeed in this role, you will be provided with a company vehicle, laptop, a company-issued purchasing card for business expenses, and a promotional budget. You will also have access to online resources for managing retail dealer and prospect data, along with ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge of the seed business.
