We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to cover Central Illinois. In this full-time role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Stine, representing an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially. You will act as the primary link between Stine and our network of retail dealers, fostering strong relationships to drive sales and brand awareness.
Your day-to-day involves visiting key retail locations, with a requirement of at least twenty on-site visits per week. You will provide dealers with updated product data, agronomic insights, and promotional materials while collecting side-by-side yield data to support product training. Working alongside our seasoned leadership team and professional agronomy staff, you will help develop annual goals for key retail locations, recruit new prospects, and implement sales training initiatives. This role is designed for an individual who can work with minimum supervision to meet established goals while building lasting partnerships based on understanding retailer needs and values.
