The Retail Account Manager serves as a full-time brand ambassador for Stine Seed Company, covering Central Illinois. This role is designed to help you grow professionally and financially while representing a legacy of excellence in the agricultural sector.
In this position, you will act as the primary link between Stine and our retail dealer network. Your day-to-day involves visiting key retail locations, performing at least twenty on-site visits per week, and building strong relationships with retailers by understanding their unique needs and values. You will partner with our seasoned leadership team and professional agronomy staff to develop territory strategies, recruit new dealers, and implement sales training programs. The role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, data collection, and fostering a deep technical knowledge of Stine's corn, soybean, and treatment products to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
To ensure your success, Stine provides a comprehensive suite of resources, including a company vehicle, laptop, company-issued purchasing card, and a promotional budget. You will also have access to online resources for managing dealer data and a supportive network of professional agronomy staff for product and agronomic training.
