Our team is in charge of planning the tasks and imagery acquisitions of Earth observation satellites. We operate with a small team of highly-skilled engineers from our offices in San Francisco and Berlin. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and proactive Satellite Tasking Engineer to join our operations team.
Your mission will be to support day-to-day operations, which includes collection performance analysis, order monitoring, performing feasibility studies, and the development of operational tools. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, good communicator, and has the ability to switch contexts quickly. You will work in a close collaborative environment, gaining first-hand experience in numerous fields related to managing satellite image acquisition planning, geospatial data analysis, tool development, and process automation.
This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our San Francisco office three days per week.
