Healthcare today is nothing short of amazing, yet it only works when people connect with it. Too often, the experience is impersonal, confusing, and disconnected. Icario is here to change that. As the leading health action company, we deeply understand people, giving our clients the data and tools they need to reach further, overcome barriers, and connect with individuals as human beings.
We build long-term value by helping clients put people first and deliver better outcomes faster. Using whole-person data, behavioral science, and digital-first omnichannel pathways, we create healthcare that knows us, meets us where we are, and anticipates our needs. Our mission is simple: to help move people to do things that are good for them. We are excited about the path ahead and invite you to make the world a healthier place, one person at a time.
The Business Intelligence & Reporting team at Icario fosters a DevOps culture to provide technology services, infrastructure, processes, and tools. We place a strong emphasis on open-source technologies, web-scale architectures, and cloud-based services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. This is a role for an exceptional Senior Business Intelligence Engineer who is passionate about database technologies, data collaboration, and scalable data solutions. You will have an innate desire to understand how technologies work and find ways to improve them.
We offer a relaxed atmosphere with large displays, funds for training, and a strong goal of keeping meetings to a minimum. Quality is paramount to us, so we strive to maintain a highly available SaaS Cloud Platform that we can all be proud of. You will work within an Agile methodology, collaborating with Client Managers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Owners to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality analytics and reporting features.
