CACI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support Shipyard personnel tasked with expediting the execution of maintenance availabilities and accelerating the on-time delivery of submarines. This role is critical to increasing Submarine Operational Availability by leveraging data analytics and dashboard development to improve processes, workflows, communications, collaboration, reporting, and supply chains.
The majority of work is performed on the customer site to ensure customer needs are met directly. You will partner with Shipyard personnel at all levels of the organization, providing subject matter expertise in shipbuilding or ship repair activities, including best practices and lessons learned, to drive improvements in naval maintenance and modernization activities.

Active DOD Secret security clearance. Experience working with unions and leading teams of Shipyard skilled workers (e.g., First-Line Supervisor, Work Group Leader, Foreman, Zone Manager). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Certification in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Shingo, or Theory of Constraints. Experience using cloud-based knowledge management systems (SharePoint, iNFUSION Suite, Jira, etc.). Knowledge of Naval Shipyard data systems. Work experience with the Naval Maintenance Community, United States Navy, or the Department of Defense, including Carrier Planning Activity, SUBMEPP, SHAPEC, PMS312, PMS 392.
