About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical, business-oriented Data Analyst to support the Print Supplies business. In this role, you will translate consumer and enterprise print telemetry into trusted metrics, dashboards, and actionable insights, with a primary focus on laser printer data.
You will partner closely with data engineers and data scientists to improve data reliability, define KPI and metric semantics, and influence cross-functional decisions through clear data storytelling. As a key point of contact for laser telemetry interpretation, you will drive consistent definitions and reliable use of outputs across teams, ensuring that business-critical reporting supports strategic decision-making.

This position sits within Data & Information Technology, serving as a vital link between complex telemetry pipelines and business stakeholders. The team focuses on solving moderately complex issues within established guidelines, requiring a fresh perspective to manage projects independently and mentor less experienced staff members.

- check_circlePartner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical requirements and define critical KPIs
- check_circleProvide consultative support and ad hoc analyses with clear hypotheses, methods, and documented limitations
- check_circleCollaborate with partners to align on telemetry instrumentation and data collection methodology across platforms
- check_circleDesign and maintain measurement frameworks for adoption, usage, retention, and funnel analyses
- check_circleCreate clear narratives through written summaries and presentations to highlight trends and recommended actions
- check_circleLead moderate to high complexity projects and deliver professionally written reports for strategic plans
- check_circleInvestigate data quality issues, perform root-cause analysis, and communicate remediation paths
Requirements
- verifiedFour-year or Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline
- verified4-7 years of work experience in data analytics, database management, or statistical analysis
- verifiedSQL: complex joins, CTEs, window functions, query performance optimization
- verifiedPython (and/or PySpark) for analysis, data validation, and automation
- verifiedDashboarding & data visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, advanced excel / PowerPoint
- verifiedApplied statistics: sampling, confidence intervals, and basic experiment/pre-post evaluation
- verifiedFamiliarity with version control (e.g., Git)
- verifiedFamiliarity with Jira and Confluence
- verifiedProgramming Language/s Certification (SQL, Python, or similar) preferred
