About the Role
As a Technical Product Manager within the central Data & Analytics organization, you will serve as the vital bridge between cross-functional teams, synthesizing complex business needs into well-defined initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics, you will own the team's vision and drive critical initiatives that deliver innovative internal data products influencing decision-making across all levels of the organization.
In this role, you will champion a culture of transparency and a product-led mindset. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating end-to-end project roadmaps, integrating cutting-edge technologies like AI and machine learning, and ensuring the utmost data integrity. You will foster impactful documentation and maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring that data governance and compliance are woven into the planning stage of every product. This position is designed for a leader who can navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment while translating technical concepts into actionable business value.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related quantitative discipline
- verifiedMinimum of 5+ years of experience in data product management
- verifiedProficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Crisp-DM)
- verifiedFamiliarity with modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, fivetran, databricks, K8s, Docker, Terraform)
- verifiedExperience with data modeling, governance, and compliance
- verifiedBonus: Experience in machine learning products/services
Nice to Have
Experience with Python or R. Experience in machine learning products/services, particularly in areas like advertiser bidding systems, recommendation systems, reinforcement learning, or generative AI.
