About the Role
Loch Harbour Group is seeking a Senior Databricks Engineer to support a high-visibility, mission-critical environment within the Navy. This role operates at the intersection of data engineering, solution architecture, and customer engagement. You will be tasked with taking ambiguous or undefined requirements and translating them into fully deployed, production-ready solutions.
This is a high-impact, fast-paced Agile environment where solutions are often required within days. The ideal candidate is a technically elite problem solver who can operate independently, lead solution development end-to-end, and interface directly with government stakeholders and technical teams. You will serve as the primary bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment between customer needs and delivered capabilities.
Work Environment
All work is conducted in an unclassified environment using government-furnished equipment. While onsite presence is preferred, remote flexibility is available for highly qualified candidates. You will join a highly collaborative, mission-driven environment with direct customer interaction.
