About the Role

The Business Intelligence Developer is the bridge between raw business data and actionable strategic insights. Based at our Arlington, VA headquarters within the IT department under the Vice President of Applications, you will report to the BI Manager. Your mission is to transform data into value by mining, aggregating, organizing, and modeling information to identify opportunities that improve overall business performance.

In this role, you will facilitate the implementation of business intelligence processes, strategies, and procedures. A key part of your day involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions, which you will then communicate to data engineers for data curation. You will work within an agile methodology to design and maintain the frameworks that power our reporting, budgeting, planning, and forecasting capabilities.
