We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to cover Northern Illinois. In this full-time role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Stine, representing our commitment to quality and innovation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially within a supportive environment.
You will act as the primary link between Stine and our retail dealers, promoting our brand to increase sales and awareness across your assigned territory. Your day-to-day involves visiting key retail locations, performing at least twenty on-site dealer visits per week, and collecting side-by-side yield data to demonstrate product value. You will work closely with our seasoned leadership team and professional agronomy staff to develop recruitment plans, set annual goals, and implement sales training for key retail dealers.
To succeed, you will need to be a self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision to meet established goals. You will leverage provided tools—including a company vehicle, laptop, and promotional budget—to manage prospect data, communicate account performance, and organize product training classes.
