
The ACE Extern role in Phoenix is an eight-week summer program designed for high school students interested in construction, engineering, or architecture. Participants rotate between field sites and office environments, gaining hands-on experience in disciplines such as Virtual Design & Construction, Safety, and Estimating while shadowing industry mentors. Eligible candidates receive a $2,000 scholarship and consideration for future college externships.
