The e-Commerce Sales Associate is a customer-focused professional who interacts with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment. This role exists to bridge the gap between digital interest and in-store experience, ensuring an exceptional customer journey from the first lead to ownership.
In this position, you will use your outstanding communication and listening skills to help customers select their perfect vehicle and negotiate terms that align with their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations. You will drive loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience. With a supportive team and nationwide inventory, you will have everything you need to succeed in a career built on purpose and potential.
