About the Role

As an Experienced Commercial Door Technician, you will play a crucial role in installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of commercial doors and hardware. This position is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and takes pride in their mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

You will be out in the field conducting a great variety and complexity of service calls, ensuring every installation meets strict safety and building code regulations. Beyond the technical work, you will serve as the face of Vortex Doors, providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining repair processes, and offering cost-effective solutions. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in meeting our customers' needs and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Hiring Process

To join our team, applicants must have at least 4+ years of experience in the commercial door service industry. The selection process includes a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check.
