About the Role
As an Automatic Door Service Technician, you will be the frontline expert ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of automatic door systems for our commercial clients. This role is critical to maintaining the seamless operation of high-traffic facilities, from storefronts to emergency exits.
In this position, you will perform a wide range of repairs and replacements, including ADA operators, manual and swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, and hollow metal units. You will also handle automatic folding, swing, and sliding doors, as well as storefront systems. Beyond repairs, you will utilize carpentry skills for partition framing with metal or wood studs and the installation of doors and windows.
The day-to-day involves managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict time constraints. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and adherence to safety processes are paramount. Whether working independently on a specific site or collaborating with a team on a larger installation, you will provide excellent service orientation to our customers, ensuring their facilities remain safe and operational.
