As a Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent, your core mission is to ensure every guest enjoys a friendly arrival and departure experience. You will be the face of the hotel, greeting guests with a smile, using their names to make them feel properly welcomed, and addressing all needs in a timely, efficient, and hospitable manner.
Your day-to-day involves more than just check-ins and check-outs. You will maintain spotless workspaces, pitch in to clean guest rooms and public areas as needed, and ensure all operational checklists are completed with 100% accuracy. Whether handling challenging guest situations with urgency, managing incoming mail, or supporting hotel events, you will work collaboratively to drive guest satisfaction scores and ensure a flawless stay.
We are looking for candidates with a positive "Can-Do" attitude and a willingness to learn. If you have experience in hospitality or a service-facing field, that is preferred, but a strong desire to serve guests and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. We value clear communication, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to follow established guidelines.
