As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our hotel. Your core mission is to ensure every guest enjoys a friendly arrival and departure experience, addressing all needs and requests in a timely, efficient, and hospitable manner. You will greet guests with a smile, use their names to personalize the welcome, and maintain a spotless workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence.
This role is a collaborative effort where everyone pitches in to keep the hotel organized and safe. You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs with efficiency, follow up to ensure room satisfaction, and manage incoming mail. Whether supporting events or resolving guest concerns with urgency and hospitality, your positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential to our success.
Candidates with experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchises are preferred. We look for individuals who possess a "can-do" attitude, can thrive in high-pressure situations, and communicate effectively in English. The ideal candidate is 18 years or older, available for a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, and committed to punctuality and professional conduct.
