This part-time Night Auditor position is integral to maintaining the hotel's operational integrity and guest satisfaction overnight. You will serve as the face of hospitality during the quiet hours, greeting guests with a warm smile and using their names to create a welcoming atmosphere. The role requires a "Can-Do" attitude, where you are ready to pitch in to keep both front and back-of-house areas spotless and organized.
As the Night Auditor, you will manage audit-related reports, handle incoming mail, and enforce overnight security measures to ensure a safe environment for all team members and guests. You will work in a collaborative environment where clear, honest communication is key, and you must be prepared to handle challenging guest situations with urgency and hospitality. This role demands flexibility, as you will work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on the hotel's needs.
Applicants must be available to work weekends. Candidates should possess a positive attitude, a desire to serve guests, and the ability to work well in high-pressure situations.
