About the Role

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a friendly arrival and departure experience. Your role is to address all guest needs and requests in a timely, efficient, and hospitable manner. You will greet guests with a smile, use their names to create a welcoming atmosphere, and maintain strong knowledge of our facility and amenities.

Your day involves more than just check-ins and check-outs; you will be an active participant in maintaining our "Spotless Cleanliness" standard. This means you may be called upon to pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed, ensuring the hotel remains organized and safe. Throughout your shift, you will communicate clearly with your team, handle challenging guest situations with urgency and hospitality, and ensure all operational checklists are completed with 100% accuracy.
