As a Front Desk Agent, your core mission is to ensure every guest enjoys a friendly arrival and departure experience. You will address all guest needs and requests in a timely, efficient, and hospitable manner. This role is not just about checking guests in and out; it is about creating a seamless stay where guests feel properly welcomed by name and supported throughout their visit.
Your day will involve greeting guests with a smile, maintaining a flawless uniform, and ensuring all operational checklists are completed with 100% accuracy. You will be the first point of contact for guest inquiries, handling phone etiquette with approved greetings and resolving any challenging situations with urgency and hospitality. You will also manage room rate schedules, promotions, and incoming mail, while collaborating with the team to maintain a spotless workspace. Whether you are managing the front desk or assisting with guest room cleanliness, your positive attitude and willingness to stretch beyond traditional role boundaries are essential to our success.
Candidates with experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchises are preferred. We look for individuals who possess a "Can-Do" attitude, a desire to serve guests, and the ability to work well in high-pressure situations.
