About the Role

The Housekeeping Supervisor is the operational heartbeat of our housekeeping department, responsible for the efficient cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, front and back-of-house areas, public spaces, and the laundry facility. This role serves as the vital link between daily operations and leadership, assuming the duties of the Executive Housekeeper in their absence.

In this position, you will lead by example. You are expected to actively participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, including restrooms, meeting rooms, the exercise room, and the pool area, ensuring the hotel remains a welcoming environment. Your day involves managing the guest request log to proactively address issues, overseeing VIP guests, and conducting daily stand-up meetings to align the team on objectives. You will inspect rooms to guarantee flawless quality, manage inventory and supply orders, and maintain strict safety and key control protocols. Beyond supervision, you will collaborate with the maintenance department on deep cleaning activities and ensure all operational checklists are completed with 100% accuracy.
